Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it may impact your ability to book future appointments with me. After one no-show, prepayment will be required to secure any future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust your service to fit the remaining time. Please notify me as soon as possible if you expect to be late.

Deposit Policy

For certain services, I require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

Health and Safety Policy

Your health and safety are my top priority. I adhere to strict hygiene protocols, including sterilization of tools and regular sanitization of the workspace.

Travel Fee Policy

A travel fee may apply for appointments booked outside of my standard service area. Please inquire for details when booking your appointment.
